• Arrival/Dismissal/Free Choice children may choose activities in the classroom.

• Large Group/Stories: Children are invited for group activities, and stories. Children who do not want to participate can choose a quiet activity.

• Special Activities: are activities that have been planned by the teacher, guided by the child’s interest. I.E. Painting with fall colors, using glitter or stringing beads. 

• Individualizations/Small Group: are for each individual child. The child is given the opportunity to work on a skill or skills individually with a teacher.

• Music and Movement: The teachers and the children are engaged in dancing and singing.

• Indoor/Outdoor Play: Activities children choose different large motor activities encouraging growth and development as well as relationships with their peers. 

• Cooking Class: Every week children engage in different cooking activities to strengthen their simple math skills.

• Gardening: Every week children learn to plant and grow fruits, vegetables and herbs.

• Yoga: Everyday children learn different ways to improve, build, strengthen and stimulate their memory, imagination and body awareness.
